Diagnostic testing is free on every repair, we'll always tell you what's wrong before we touch your phone. Standard iPhone 16 and iPhone 15 don't have a separate back glass repair listed above because we handle that as part of a broader assessment on those models, ask us for a quote. Prices change with part availability, so call ahead if you want a price locked in before you drive over.
Why the Price Changes by Model
Pro and Pro Max phones use bigger OLED panels with tighter tolerances, so the parts cost more to source, which is most of what you're paying for. It's not always a straight line either, you'll notice the iPhone 15 Pro Max screen is actually cheaper for us to source than the regular 15 Pro right now, part markets shift depending on what's being scrapped from trade-ins and what's still in high demand. If you're comparing us to going straight to Apple, their official out-of-warranty pricing runs $199 to $379 for a screen on newer models, ours is typically 30 to 60 percent less, and we back it with a 90-day warranty either way.
Battery jobs are priced the same way. If Settings shows your battery health under 80 percent, or your phone is shutting off with charge still left, that's usually a battery replacement, not something worse. Apple has a decent writeup on how they measure battery health on their battery service and recycling page if you want the technical version. We'll test yours for free if you're not sure.

How much does iPhone screen repair cost?
It depends on the model. Newer and Pro phones cost more because the screens themselves are pricier parts. Right now that's anywhere from $89.99 on an iPhone 17e to $159.99 on an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and less on older models like the SE. Check the table above for your exact phone.
What's included in that price?
Part, labor, and the 90-day warranty, that's it, no add-on diagnostic charge for a standard screen job. If we open your phone and find something else going on, we call you first before doing any extra work or charging anything extra.
How long does it actually take?
Screens are quick, about 15 minutes on most models. Battery and back glass work takes longer since there's more to open up, usually 30 minutes to an hour depending on the phone. Exact times are in the table above.
What's the warranty?
90 days on parts and workmanship for every repair we do. If it fails or something we did causes a problem, bring it back and we'll fix it, no charge.
Are you actually cheaper than Apple?
Usually by a wide margin. Apple's own out-of-warranty pricing runs $199 to $379 for a screen on current models. We're typically 30 to 60 percent under that, and if you find a competitor advertising lower, we'll beat their price by $10.
What kind of parts do you use?
High-quality parts that meet or exceed OEM specs, tested before your phone leaves the counter. If you have questions about exactly what's going into your specific model, ask the tech working on it, we're not precious about it.
Does this void my Apple warranty?
If your phone is still covered by Apple's warranty or AppleCare+, a third-party repair can affect coverage on related parts. Most phones that come through our door are already out of warranty, so this doesn't apply, but ask us if you're not sure where you stand.
Water damage, can you fix that?
Often, yes. The biggest factor is how fast you get it to us. Power the phone off right away, don't plug it in to charge, and bring it in as soon as you can. We'll run diagnostics and give you a straight answer on whether it's worth repairing.
Do I need an appointment?

I'm not in Florida, now what?
Mail it in. We repair devices shipped from anywhere in the USA, return shipping's free, and it's back in your hands within 2 to 4 business days. Need it faster, next-day delivery is an option.
Will I lose my photos and data?
Not for a screen or battery swap, your phone doesn't get reset for either one. Back it up anyway before any repair, just in case. If your repair is more involved than that, we'll flag any data risk with you upfront.
How do I know if it's actually the battery?
Fast drain, random shutdowns even with charge left, or it only works plugged in are the usual signs. Settings, Battery, Battery Health will show you a percentage, under 80 and it's probably time. Stop by and we'll check it for free.
