How to Use the Calculator
Select Your Generation: Choose whether you are selling a PlayStation 5, 4, or 3.
Choose Your Model: Be specific! A PS5 “Digital Edition” has a different value than the “Disc Edition,” and a PS3 “Backwards Compatible” model is worth significantly more than a standard Slim.
Rate the Condition:
New/Sealed: Box is unopened.
Like New: Box opened, but console is pristine with all original packaging.
Good: Normal signs of use, fully functional, includes controller and cables.
Fair: Visible scratches or dents, but plays games perfectly.
Broken/Parts: Does not turn on or read discs.
Market Factors Influencing 2026 Resale Prices
1. The “PS5 Pro” Effect
With the PlayStation 5 Pro now established in the market, the price of the original PS5 (Fat) and the standard PS5 Slim has stabilized. While the Pro commands a premium, the demand for the standard Disc and Digital editions remains high for budget-conscious gamers, keeping resale values healthy (typically 300-400)

2. The Retro Renaissance (PS3)
The PlayStation 3 has entered “retro collector” territory.

Trade-In (GameStop / Best Buy): The quickest method, but expect to receive 30-50% less than the market value estimates shown above. Convenience costs money!
